Last updated: July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Apprentice Africa program.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Apprentice Africa website (apprentice.africa), applying for our training tracks (BuySolar, Kiyah, or F'lenjo), or participating in our onboarding processes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Program Eligibility & Applications
Applicants must provide true, accurate, and complete information, including a valid phone number, essay responses, and a webcam video recording. Submitting false credentials or duplicate applications under alternative emails will lead to immediate disqualification.
3. Training and Salaries
Accepted participants undergo a 1-month paid onboarding training with a salary of ₦500,000. Career progression salary packages scaling up to ₦1.3 Million per month and the ₦150 Million settlement are subject to participant evaluation, milestone completion, and program guidelines over the 5 to 9-year career pathway.
4. Code of Conduct & Interview Attendance
Attendance at the scheduled onboarding interview is mandatory. Failure to attend scheduled virtual sessions or displaying unprofessional conduct during training will result in automatic removal from the cohort database.
