When you apply for our training tracks, we collect personal identity details (full name, email, phone number), essay responses, and a short webcam video presentation. This information is used solely to evaluate your suitability for the Apprentice Africa cohorts.

2. Security & Hashed PINs

Your account access is secured using a 6-digit login PIN. These PINs are hashed using cryptographic algorithms (`bcrypt`) before saving to our databases, ensuring that your credential safety is robustly protected against unauthorized access.

3. Video & Media Storage

Uploaded files and recorded webcam application videos are stored in secure local directories linked to our administrative dashboard. These assets are only accessible by authorized recruiters and are deleted automatically if your application is rejected or removed.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Apprentice Africa does not sell, lease, or share candidate personal information or video recordings with third-party advertising companies. Your data is strictly shared with our affiliated track partners (BuySolar, Kiyah, and F'lenjo) for recruitment and onboarding purposes only.

5. Candidate Rights

Candidates have the right to request a complete deletion of their profile records at any time. To make a deletion request, please submit a ticket through our official channels.
